03/19/2012 – Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $600K in Santa Rosa, CA.
Whether it’s buying a house, getting a mortgage loan, or buying a car, I typically never use a professional that doesn’t come highly recommended from close friends and family. I know how important recommendations are. But I didn’t have that luxury when my wife and I started looking for homes in Santa Rosa as we’re not from this area. So I took a shot and reached out to Paul after reading some positive reviews and seeing him on a handful of reputable real estate sites, and it was the best decision I could have made. Paul is amazing – smart, strategic, patient, extremely punctual, and he responded to every single phone call, text and email right away (even when I was sending stuff out at 11pm!). … oh, and he’s also an all-around good guy with a great sense of humor. Buying a home is an exciting time – but it can also be pretty stressful as well – so to have someone like Paul on our side was invaluable. He took the stress out of buying our home and made us feel protected, informed and really well cared for. We’re in our dream home now, and we could not have done it without Paul. If you want to work with one of the very best realtors in Sonoma County, you should definitely give him a call. Rick Castello

03/16/2012 – Sold a home in 2011.
After showing us extensive listings throughout Sonoma County, Paul Krawchuk helped us find the house we were looking for in Santa Rosa. We were very impressed with Paul’s extensive knowledge of the area and his ability to get us a great deal on our new home. We first had to sell our house in Oceanside, and the buyers of our home had to first sell their home in Los Angeles. Paul not only helped us buy our new home in Santa Rosa, he also worked with the two other realtors and title companies in southern California on the sale of our house in Oceanside, and even on the sale of our buyer’s home in Los Angeles. When our house in Oceanside did not appraise for the full amount of the sale price and everything was about to fall apart, Paul stepped in and worked with our listing agent and because of his intervention, we ended up getting the buyers to pay more than the appraised value of our home. If it weren’t for Paul interceding, none of the three escrows would have closed on time. Paul phoned the title companies, found out what they needed to coordinate the closing of all three properties, and when the other two realtors dropped the ball, Paul picked it up and made sure all three closings happened. We really appreciate Paul’s knowledge and immediate action on issues with the closings as each happened right on time on three consecutive days. Paul is a true expert at what he does, and it was the most professional help we have ever had in buying and selling real estate. Being a broker, realtor, and attorney is impressive, but the actual hands-on attention to detail to get all three escrows closed on time was an experience outshining other realtors who have worked for us in the past. Many thanks Paul. Tom Van Wormer and Steven Daniel Groth

02/05/2012 – Sold a Single Family home in 2009 in Goleta, CA.
I will never be able to convey how impressed I am with the representation Paul Krawchuk gave me in the sale of my home, and the purchase of my new home. Every time I called him, the phone was answered. I never had to wait for a call back or wonder what was going on with both transactions, the sale of my property or the purchase of my new property. He was always on top of all the lenders, escrow officers, other agents and had all the service people lined up for inspections and repairs. He handled everyone and everything without error or delay. He worked tirelessly, day/night/weekends, to make sure all of my interests were safeguarded. I do not know how he managed everyone involved and had any time to sleep or eat. I know that I’m not his only client, but I felt like I was. When I first met him at my house he promised me that he put customer service above all else, but I would not have expected this level of service from any agent. He did the job of the other parties involved, the other agent, the bankers, and the escrow officers. We would not have closed both transactions concurrently if he had not put everyone to task and kept his foot on them to make sure my interests were protected. It was his leadership that required everyone involved to step up. He did all of this with the highest level of professionalism and grace. Throughout both transactions he was extremely polite, never rude or inappropriate, yet firm on his expectations to get both properties to close on time. In my legal practice and working with the legal community in town, I think he is by far the best real estate agent in our community. I am not just saying that because I am very happy with my purchase and sale. I am saying this because I work with many professionals in our community and they do not posses the qualities that he has shown in his intelligence and advocating with a calm demeanor. No matter how messy things got, he was consistently moving forward in spite of the obstacles and insisted everyone do as much as they can to rectify the problems. He never lost sight of our goals and his legal background was apparent. Every document we needed was done immediately, every phone call was handled and returned immediately, every problem we had he provided a solution, every provision in our contracts he explained to everyone and every legal question I had he had the answer for immediately. I could provide many more examples of how he navigated us through the endless hurdles we were up against, but this would turn into a short story. Paul deserves the highest praise I’ve ever been in the position to give to anyone that I’ve worked with. This is more than a thank you. If I ever needed any help with real estate matters he would be the only person I would call upon. I will refer everyone I know to him, and my entire family is forever grateful to him. Thank you, Deedrea Edgar

As an attorney and broker, Paul helped us with our purchase of a spectacular view home in Oakmont, Santa Rosa. He has great people skills, was very attentive and knowledgeable, and addressed every concern we had. He always promptly responded to our emails and phone calls, negotiated a great price and contract terms, and quickly arranged for all the inspectors and contractors we needed to look at the home. He gave us the highest level of professional service from start to finish and got our escrow closed in only 8 days. I highly recommend Paul to anyone who wants to work with a top level realtor.

My husband & I had the pleasure of working with Paul Krawchuk last April. We had just moved to town from out of state, and were without friends, or family to help advise us. As fate would have it Paul had the qualities we needed; he was protective of our best interest, knowledgeable, very educated, and could maneuver seamlessly through the issues, and roadblocks that came up during the real estate transaction. He empowered us to be fully informed about our lender, taxes, and the home inspection. Paul is an excellent writer, and can submit a contract that will go straight to the top of the pile. He is on top of his professional game, and anyone would be fortunate to have him working for them. He is top-notch. Thank you, Wendy & Joe Oldani

Paul was always available within a reasonable length of time and helped me understand the process when I felt overwhelmed by all the paperwork. It only took me a couple of months to find my perfect retirement home. I would work with Paul again if the occasion arises.
